How To Restructure Your Life, Real Goals and Self Management. we would like to restructure our lives , there are things about our life we do not like. We may feel alone, we may feel inferior, we may feel poor, or we may feel detached and lost in some way. So many times in life we would like to try something new and move onto some place where things are and feel better. Like a new sport, different style haircut, changing clothing or loosing some weight.

Tackling the things we want to change takes some courage and strength. Sometimes we see afraid to try because of the criticism we might receive from others because of the change we make. Why do we need to worry about this, other peoples voices should not overpower our own voice and the more this occurs the smaller we feel and the smaller game we play in life. Over time we have been brainwashed into believing other people’s opinions and think they hold more weight than our own feelings. We do not want to be judged as often we have been judged and we do not like how this feels.

This may have been teachers, bullies, friends, family even our own parents. In essence though everyone that hurts us in this way, we give them permission to do this. Instead we can do something different. If you want to break old habits you must not be controlled by outside people. You must have inner control and this way you are laying out your path to your future life. This is your life and you deserve it live it in your way following your own values, which are important to you.

There is nothing wrong with a little criticism as this can allow you a chance to reflect and make yourself stronger , as long as it is healthy. You need to be able to decipher the truth which keeps it as healthy criticism. Ask yourself if there is any truth to what someone is saying. Do they know what they are talking about? If you feel they are after careful consideration then use their feedback to improve. If your intuition tells you they are full of it then disregard it! Be true to yourself and only accept opinions that hold truths! Don’t be afraid to make criticisms of yourself however also keep these healthy and be honest about this. Ensure they are your own opinions and not someone else’s. If you do not like something about yourself then change it, you and only you are in control of this. Sometimes our own criticisms are unhealthy.

This goes back to the brainwashing and our relationship to our past experiences. Others have fed us information over the years that might have been unhealthy and we have believed parts of it which has changed our thoughts and beliefs over the years. It is time to clean up the unhealthy criticism and restructure our life. This is the only way you will be able to change you habits and better your life. The best way is to consider all of this nad make some real goals that make sense to you.
